Mr. Richard Kolcz was named Cardinal Mooney Chairman of the Board in January 2024. He is the former Executive Director of Macomb Community College, a position he held until his retirement. Prior to his time at Macomb, Mr. Kolcz served as Vice Chancellor of Oakland Community College. He earned his bachelor and master's degrees from Oakland University. Mr. Kolcz also attended Cardinal Mooney Latin School at Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit. Mr. Kolcz resides in Port Huron with his wife Susan.
